REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Kinetic Energy Press guarantees the quality of its products and is committed to total customer satisfaction.  Any books, materials, CD-ROM books, and software received by a purchaser and deemed to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a full refund or complimentary replacement (purchaser’s choice) within thirty days of the original purchase.

Refunds associated with credit card purchases will be made by reversal of credit card charges.  Refunds associated with purchases made by check or money order will be by company check pending bank clearance of the purchase instrument.

Kinetic Energy Press cooperates fully with the requirements of the credit card processing agency (NOVA Network) in all aspects of payment processing, including investigation and resolution of disputed charges.
